Who Are We?

Spencer Gower MRICS - Owner

Spencer Gower, a seasoned professional in the UK property sector, founded SPG Property Limited in January 2017. 


His vision was to offer transparent, amiable, and expert guidance to both local and national clients in the commercial property realm. Building on his extensive experience, Spencer also co-founded SPG Virtual Tours Limited with Brian Milne, bringing innovative 360 Virtual Tours and imagery services to the residential and commercial property markets.


Beginning his journey in 1994, Spencer has amassed a wealth of knowledge in various aspects of commercial property. His career took off as a service charge specialist for leading property consultants like CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield. He transitioned to a Surveyor role in 1999, achieving MRICS qualification in 2006 and earning recognition as a Registered RICS Valuer.


His extensive network, built over years of dedicated service, stands as a testament to his deep industry connections.


His professional journey includes significant roles at major UK property firms such as ING Real Estate, CBRE Global Investors, and F&C REIT. 


Spencer's unwavering passion and commitment have consistently driven value for clients, unlocking lucrative opportunities and fostering community development. His approach is not just about maximising returns; it's about creating positive impacts in local communities.

Who Are We?

David West - Head of Residential Block Management

David West is a pivotal member of the SPG Property team, working in close collaboration with Spencer Gower to enhance our Residential and Block Management services. His role at SPG Property is instrumental in shaping the direction and success of these sectors.


David's unique skill set extends beyond managing client relationships; he excels in forging enduring connections that thrive even in challenging situations. His dedication to client service is unmatched. David is committed to delivering a bespoke service experience, tailored to meet the specific needs of those seeking expert property management solutions.


His approach is deeply client-centric, ensuring that every interaction and service offered is aligned with the client's unique requirements and aspirations. Kirstin West - Chief of Operations

Bringing a wealth of experience and a dynamic approach to Residential Block Management along with a stellar track record in steering strategic initiatives and elevating operational efficiency, Kirstin is set to transform our approach to facilities management.


With an impressive background in program direction, Kirstin has demonstrated exceptional skill in overseeing cross-functional teams, streamlining processes, and executing projects that drive growth and innovation. This expertise is now directed towards redefining the operational framework within our residential block management portfolio, ensuring our services not only meet but exceed the expectations of our clients.


A proponent of efficient work methodologies, Kirstin finds joy in an agile environment, helping teams unlock their full potential in a timely manner. This approach aligns perfectly with our commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.


Beyond the professional sphere, Kirstin channels creativity and passion into ghostwriting for children’s poetry books—a testament to a multifaceted personality that values innovation, creativity, and impact both at work and in the broader community.

Justin Roberts - Property Manager

Justin brings a practical, client-first approach to day-to-day estate management, coordinating maintenance, compliance and contractor works while keeping leaseholders and directors fully updated. 


Calm and methodical, Justin focuses on clear communication, sensible budgets and timely delivery — the fundamentals of well-run blocks.


Educated at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Justin combines a rigorous, detail-driven mindset with a personable manner that helps resolve issues quickly and keeps projects moving.


Outside work, Justin can usually be found on a rugby pitch. He insists he still has “a good step”; his knees politely disagree — but his team spirit and persistence are exactly what we value at SPG.

Chris Gray MARLA, MNAEA - Property Manager

  

Chris joined SPG Property Ltd bringing with him extensive experience across the residential property sector. With many years working in lettings, estate agency and property operations, he offers a strong combination of technical knowledge, compliance awareness and hands-on management expertise.

Professionally qualified as MARLA and MNAEA, Chris is committed to maintaining the highest industry standards and ensuring that the properties under his care are managed efficiently, transparently and in full accordance with current legislation. He has developed a thorough understanding of the operational and regulatory framework surrounding residential property and prides himself on delivering clear communication and practical, solutions-focused advice.


Chris is passionate about building positive working relationships with leaseholders, directors, landlords and contractors alike, ensuring that matters are dealt with proactively and that properties are managed to a consistently high standard.


Outside of property, Chris has a creative side and is particularly passionate about voiceover work. He enjoys lending his voice to a range of projects and, with a voice made for clarity and confidence, we fully intend to put him to good use recording plenty of videos for us. We suspect our future updates may sound a little more polished than before.

Lisa Nicolson - Accounts Manager

 Lisa brings a diverse skill set to her role as Accounts Manager at SPG Property Ltd, where she oversees all financial functions with precision and a commitment to supporting the firm’s operations across the South West. Her background has cultivated her attention to detail, adaptability, and a forward-thinking approach to process improvement—qualities that she now applies to streamline SPG’s financial systems. Lisa’s dedication to thorough and responsive financial management plays a key role in supporting both clients and colleagues, ensuring smooth transactions and financial clarity at every stage.


Outside of work, Lisa is a devoted mother of two, an avid dog walker, and a lover of the outdoors—so long as it doesn’t involve a zip wire! Known for conquering one such challenge only once, she now enjoys her adventures a bit closer to the ground.

Tracey Golding - Facilities Manager

Tracey is a Facilities Manager at SPG Property Ltd, where she expertly manages the maintenance and day-to-day operational needs of our properties and commercial units across the London and the South West. With a hands-on approach and a focus on efficiency, Tracey ensures that every building under her care is safe, well-maintained, and operating smoothly. Her proactive management style and keen eye for detail allow her to address issues swiftly, enhancing the experience for both residents and leaseholders. Tracey’s commitment to excellence in facilities management underpins SPG Property’s high standards of care and client satisfaction.


Outside of work, Tracey has a passion for live music and is an avid fan of gigs, with a particular fondness for Elvis Presley tribute performances. Her love of music brings her joy and energy, and she rarely misses the chance to see a great performance.

Who Are We?

Lynn Taylor AAT qualified (MAAT) and PQ ACCA - Facilities Manager

 Lynn oversees all of our London properties, managing maintenance and day to day operational matters to ensure buildings remain compliant, safe and running efficiently. She coordinates contractors, monitors works and takes a proactive approach to both planned and reactive maintenance, helping to protect our clients’ assets and maintain high standards across the portfolio.


In addition to her facilities role, Lynn also assists with accounts reporting, supporting clear and accurate financial oversight.


Outside of work, Lynn shares many of the same interests as Tracey and the two are very much partners in crime. Alongside their love of live music and gigs, Lynn enjoys walking, swimming, Zumba, gardening, travel and getting lost in a good book.

Who Are We?

Joshua Miller - Property Inspections Co-Ordinator

  

Joshua is responsible for arranging and overseeing all property inspections across our portfolio, a fundamental part of the service we provide to ensure that buildings remain compliant, safe and properly maintained. From cyclical inspections to specialist reports and statutory requirements, Joshua ensures that everything is scheduled, tracked and followed up with precision.


Joshua brings with him a strong work ethic, having been a chorister at St Paul’s Cathedral. The discipline, organisation and attention to detail required at that level have stayed with him, and it shows in the thorough and methodical way he approaches his work. Early mornings, high standards and getting everything exactly right are nothing new to him.


Outside the office, Joshua is a music producer and a dedicated enthusiast of Magic: The Gathering. Whether he is layering complex soundscapes in the studio or carefully planning the perfect strategic card combination, he clearly enjoys systems, structure and making sure all the right elements come together at exactly the right time. Fortunately for our clients, he applies that same level of focus and coordination to keeping property inspections running like clockwork.

Who Are We?

Brian Milne - Fire Alarm Tester

 Brian is responsible for conducting weekly fire alarm testing across properties. This service is essential for maintaining regulatory compliance, identifying fire safety risks, and ensuring the safety and security of all residents. Brian’s thorough approach helps preserve the functionality of alarm systems, which is a critical component of comprehensive fire protection.


An engineer by trade, Brian began his career with an apprenticeship at Rolls Royce in Bristol in the 1970s. Over his career, he has held senior Sales and Operations roles with major companies, including Imperial Brands, GEC, British Gas, Herbert & Sons, and Scottish & Southern Energy. In his senior management roles at British Gas and Scottish & Southern Energy, Brian also specialised in Management Development and Training, designing and delivering skills-based courses for business managers.


Outside of work, Brian has a long-standing passion for sports. He played cricket for Bedminster Cricket Club and hockey for Bristol Hockey Club, and he now enjoys golf as a member of Mendip Spring Golf Club, where he holds a handicap of 13.1.
