Having worked for some of the largest property companies in the UK, Spencer Gower set up SPG Property Limited in January 2017 to focus on providing clear, friendly and professional advice to both local and national commercial property owners and occupiers.
More recently Spencer set up sister company SPG Virtual Tours Limited with fellow Director Brian Milne to provide 360 Virtual Tours and imagery for both residential and commercial property.
Spencer started working in the commercial property industry in 1994 and during that time has gained considerable experience across all sectors.
Initially starting in the property industry as a service charge expert for major property consultants such as CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, Spencer started his career as a Surveyor in 1999 and became MRICS qualified in 2006. He is also a Registered RICS Valuer.
Spencer specialised as an Asset Manager for large commercial property investor landlords and gained significant experience across all sectors of commercial property in particular the retail sector, helping to improve local areas by way of active asset management. During that time Spencer has built up a significant contact base which he is able to call upon when required.

Brian Milne is a Director at SPG Virtual Tours Ltd and is responsible for the day to day running of SPG VT which provides 360 Virtual Tours and floor plans for both residential and commercial property .
Brian is an engineer by trade having completed an apprenticeship at Rolls Royce, Bristol in the 1970’s. During his career he worked in Sales and Operations roles for major companies such as Imperial Brands, GEC, British Gas, Herbert & Sons and Scottish & Southern Energy.
Brian held Senior Manager positions at both British Gas and Scottish and Southern Energy and worked for a number of years in Management Development and Training, designing and running various skills based training course for business managers.
Brian played cricket for Bedminster Cricket Club and Hockey for Bristol Hockey Club, but now enjoys watching all sports as well as playing golf where he is a member at Mendip Spring Golf Club with a handicap of 13.1

Tracey provides administrative and business support services to SPG Property. Tracey has considerable property management experience having previously worked for CBRE in the management office of The Chequers Shopping Centre Maidstone.
Tracey and her sister Lynn founded L & T Virtual Assistants in 2020 to specialise in supporting businesses & solo entrepreneurs with their administration, financial, marketing & customer services. Tracey's commercial property knowledge is a valuable asset to SPG and ensures that the business is supported efficiently.
