Beginning his journey in 1994, Spencer has amassed a wealth of knowledge in various aspects of commercial property. His career took off as a service charge specialist for leading property consultants like CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield. He transitioned to a Surveyor role in 1999, achieving MRICS qualification in 2006 and earning recognition as a Registered RICS Valuer.
His extensive network, built over years of dedicated service, stands as a testament to his deep industry connections.
His professional journey includes significant roles at major UK property firms such as ING Real Estate, CBRE Global Investors, and F&C REIT.

Brian is a qualified Fire Door Inspector at SPG Property Ltd, responsible for conducting annual fire door surveys and weekly fire alarm testing across properties. These services are essential for maintaining regulatory compliance, identifying fire safety risks, and ensuring the safety and security of all residents. Brian’s thorough approach helps preserve the functionality of fire doors and alarm systems, both of which are critical components of comprehensive fire protection.
An engineer by trade, Brian began his career with an apprenticeship at Rolls Royce in Bristol in the 1970s. Over his career, he has held senior Sales and Operations roles with major companies, including Imperial Brands, GEC, British Gas, Herbert & Sons, and Scottish & Southern Energy. In his senior management roles at British Gas and Scottish & Southern Energy, Brian also specialised in Management Development and Training, designing and delivering skills-based courses for business managers.
Outside of work, Brian has a long-standing passion for sports. He played cricket for Bedminster Cricket Club and hockey for Bristol Hockey Club, and he now enjoys golf as a member of Mendip Spring Golf Club, where he holds a handicap of 13.1.
